HOLISTIC SUPPORT FOR BRAIN TUMOR (MENINGIOAMA) IN DOGS

Please use this information for your own education on Brain Tumors in dogs and to discuss with your veterinarian

Brains tumors are the most common cause for seizures in dogs over 7 years of age. Meningiomas originate from the meninges, not the brain tissue itself, and are considered primary brain tumors because they arise within the cranial cavity and compress or invade the brain. They are generally considered benign, however they are of concern due to their location and limited space within the skull.

Often phenobarbital and/or prednisone are prescribed by veterinarians to assist dogs with seizures and tumor growth. However, some dogs can't tolerate these drugs short term or long term. Dosages vary upon your dog's weight/size and energetics.

Here Are Some Options To Consider:

MCT Oil from Organic Coconuts

Liquid Vitamin D3

Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) Powder

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) Root

Olive Leaf Extract (Olea europaea)

Full Spectrum CBD Anti-Convulsant

Cancer Diet For Your Dog:

A very important component of your dog's health is his/her diet. Dogs with cancer need a specific diet that promotes a healthy immune system and reduces inflammation. Most dog parents not aware that many foods (even the highest-quality, grain-free, premium diets) are weakening their immune system. In these commercial diets, there are often simple carbohydrates like corn, peas, white rice, barley, oats...all of which convert into sugar in your dog's body. Sugar feeds cancer. Knowing what to feed your dog with cancer is so important in helping to support and strengthen their immune system.
